Lucas then brought her to the place of his “friend” named Franz. Lucas then let her go, but she followed him on his way home to ask for help. Eins and Evans were interested in buying Kurumi but she refused to be bought by either of the two. Just like in the other routes, Lucas captured her and attempted to sell her. However, Homura was nowhere to be found when Kurumi woke up in the forest. This time around, Kurumi was able to stop Homura before he leaves after his confession, so both of them were taken by a mysterious whirlwind to the underworld. She didn’t think too much about his friendly gestures until he reveals in the beginning of the story that he actually wanted to go out with her. Kurumi didn’t pay attention to him until he decided to approach her. Homura was Kurumi’s kouhai who’s considerably popular among girls, especially with his physical features (he has heterochromia), pleasing personality, and outstanding performance in school. Homura: “This is for Senpai who seeks a miracle.” Still, the relationship “build up” (which took a week or less since they first met) made me want to do a head desk. Well, I did go for a bad ending so it’s expected that it takes making the protagonist do dumb things. Lucas even told her previously that it’s part of his nature as an incubus that he doesn’t show interest in women except in the evening. She then became upset despite (morning) Lucas being an overall nice guy, because he didn’t seem to be showing romantic interest in her. She sounded reasonable there, but shortly after she admitted that she likes him anyway. If I keep getting the wrong idea, making me fall in love with him, I would only be hurt. I mean, I could tell that Lucas doesn’t like me as a woman. … I better return to the human world as soon as possible.īefore I further mistake his kindness as something else, I better stay away from him as soon as possible.

Since he’s kind, I’m getting the wrong idea. It’s just that he’s the only one who I could talk to ever since I came here. Gee, this made me remember how I couldn’t stand Kurumi (the protagonist) during the entire VN. The aforementioned ending can be described as an early bad ending for Lucas’ route. Homura’s route was locked behind a story/normal ending called “夢の終わり” (“the end of dream”). In this VN’s case, I thought that it was best to start over with the guy who didn’t seem to be connected to all of the previous routes that I have read. Recently, I was thinking of giving some stalled and dropped VNs a reread. My opinion of her didn’t improve while reading the routes of Lucas and of Leon, so the VN ended up being tagged as “dropped” in my list. Evans was okay, but what ruined the whole thing was the protagonist Kurumi who I couldn’t stand the entire time while I was reading the VN. What I wrote for it was kinda short, and was more of a rant about Eins being a jerk. Way back 2015, I read the routes of Eins and of Evans from Ijiwaru My Master. Major spoilers are hidden as usual, though.

Beware that this post gives away what happens to the early parts of this guy’s route, which may count as a minor spoiler.
